- Contact and identity details you provide during registration
- Business idea, budget and product information from business partners
- Product, pricing and fulfilment information from suppliers
- TikTok profile data creators consent to share, including publicly available account information
How we use it
Your information is used to match businesses with suppliers and creators, to track training completion and payment status, and to improve how those matches are made over time.
Who sees your information
Zindua's internal team reviews profile and matching information to perform manual matching. Business partners, suppliers and creators only see the information relevant to a specific opportunity or shortlist, not each other's full profiles.
Data retention
We retain match records and campaign outcomes to train and design future matching systems, including a planned AI-assisted matching layer.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by contacting us directly.
