What Zindua does
Zindua Store facilitates supplier discovery, e-commerce store setup, and TikTok creator matching for business partners. Zindua does not manufacture products, does not employ suppliers or creators, and does not guarantee the outcome of any business built through the platform.
No guaranteed returns
Training and platform access do not guarantee profits, sales, investment returns, or creator performance. Manual match scores produced by our team are an internal decision-support tool, not a promise of outcome.
Training fee
The Zindua E-Commerce Launch Training fee of $200 is a one-time, non-transferable payment required before full business-partner onboarding and access to the opportunity ecosystem.
Ownership
The business partner owns the e-commerce business they build. Zindua facilitates and provides infrastructure, matching, and training, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Human-in-the-loop matching
During this stage of the platform, all supplier and creator matches are reviewed and selected manually by the Zindua team. This will evolve as the platform develops.
Verification
Zindua distinguishes verified information from user-submitted claims wherever possible, but cannot independently verify every detail provided by suppliers or creators.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of Zindua Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
